How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually fulfilled within 2–5 business days, then shipped based on your location. Delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days for domestic orders and slightly longer for international destinations. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Explici ships worldwide. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped regionally to reduce delivery times and minimize our carbon footprint. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You can update your shipping address only if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order is marked as Shipped, we can no longer make changes. If the address was entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to confirm a new address for reshipping.
When will I be charged for my order?
You’ll be charged immediately upon checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our fulfillment process. You’ll receive an order confirmation email within minutes and a tracking link once your item ships.

What is your return policy
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund—just contact support@explici.co within 30 days of receiving your order. For size issues or change-of-mind returns, store credit may be available. All items must be unworn and in original condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Pay Pal, Google Pay, Venmo, and Buy Now Pay Later. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.
What happens if my package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
If tracking shows “Delivered,” but you haven’t received your order, please first check with neighbors, your building’s front desk, or local carriers. Unfortunately, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund or reshipment since we can’t verify non-receipt claims. You may contact the carrier directly for further details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return, click the link >>> Start a Return, and fill out the form including your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return. Once reviewed, our team will confirm next steps. You don’t need to ship back defective items unless requested.
