THIRD-PARTY NOTICE: You understand, acknowledge, and accept that Explici, LLC partners with trusted third-party fulfillment centers to produce and ship products. All returns are processed through these facilities based on the original fulfillment location. While we maintain quality control standards and oversee customer experience, Explici, LLC is not responsible for independent logistics operations or carrier errors beyond our reasonable control.
All company names, trademarks, and related identifiers mentioned on explici.co are the property of their respective owners. References to our partners or carriers are for informational purposes only and do not imply a joint venture or legal affiliation.
RETURNS OVERVIEW: Orders fulfilled by Explici, LLC or our fulfillment partners are returned to the corresponding facility based on where they were originally produced and shipped. If your order is being returned to sender, rest assured that we will guide you through the next steps once it arrives back at our facility.
WHY ORDERS GET RETURNED: Orders may be returned for several reasons, including but not limited to:
- Undeliverable shipping address
- Package unclaimed at customs
- Refused delivery or return initiated by the customer
- Parcel not collected from a locker or pick-up point
Once a returned package is received, you will be notified by email.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: We will contact you (if applicable) to verify that the delivery address was accurate and to confirm how they wish to proceed. Reviewing tracking details and contacting the last-mile carrier can also clarify why the package was returned. Please note that returns are not prioritized by carriers, and shipping timelines for return transit can vary. Typically, returns are processed within 2–4 weeks after the package arrives at our facility.
RETURNS DUE TO QUALITY ISSUES: If a product arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
You do not need to return the defective product. Simply start a return and submit your request. Once we receive and review your submission, we’ll provide next steps. If the issue qualifies, we’ll cover all reprint and shipping costs.
RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER PREFERENCE: If a customer orders the wrong size, selects the wrong item, or changes their mind, Explici, LLC does not offer refunds or replacements in these cases. However, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Exception: Customers located in Brazil have the legal right to cancel their order within 7 calendar days of receiving it, in accordance with the “Right to Regret” policy. TIMEFRAME FOR RETURN CLAIMS: All return or replacement claims must be submitted within 30 days, based on the following conditions:
- Damaged, misprinted, or defective items: 30 days from delivery date.
- Packages lost in transit: 30 days from the estimated delivery date.
Claims filed after this period may not qualify for replacement or refund.
RETURN PROCESS AND ELIGIBILITY: To ensure a smooth process, please include the required information when submitting your claim:
- Order number
- Clear photos showing the full item and the issue
- Description of the problem
- Email address used for your order
Incomplete claims or missing photos may result in delayed or denied resolution.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Explici, LLC’s liability for any return or refund shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or time. Certain jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so this limitation may not apply in all regions.
CHANGE NOTICE: As with all our administrative and policy pages, this Returns Policy may change over time. Explici, LLC reserves the right to update this page at any time to reflect operational or legal changes. If this policy is important to you, please review it periodically, as no advance notice of updates will be provided.
