THIRD-PARTY NOTICE: You understand, acknowledge, and accept that Explici, LLC partners with trusted third-party fulfillment and logistics providers to produce and deliver orders. While we oversee fulfillment quality and delivery standards, we are not responsible for independent actions taken by carriers or other third parties once a package leaves our facilities.
All referenced carrier names, trademarks, and logistics platforms remain the property of their respective owners. Any mention of these entities is for informational purposes only and does not imply a formal partnership or shared responsibility.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, changes may still be possible before the order has shipped.
- Orders in fulfillment: Customers may update the address if the order has not yet been marked as Shipped.
- Orders already shipped: Once a package is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address. In some cases, if the error is minor (e.g., missing apartment number), the local postal carrier may still complete delivery.
If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our facility. Once received, we will contact you by email. Customers will have 30 days from notification to confirm an updated address for reshipment. For additional details, please review our Returns Policy.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES: Delivery times are based on two main factors: Estimated fulfillment time + Estimated shipping time = Estimated delivery time (EDT)
- Fulfillment time: Most orders are produced and processed within 2–5 business days, depending on product type and order volume.
- Shipping time: Varies based on destination. Estimated times are calculated using historical delivery data for each region.
DELIVERY DELAYS: While we strive to meet every estimated delivery window, occasional delays can occur due to:
- Printing or embroidery file issues that pause production
- Temporary product stock shortages
- Carrier or customs delays
- Adverse weather conditions or unforeseen logistical disruptions
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our Support Team to report the delay.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES: If tracking information shows a package as “Delivered” but the customer has not received it, please note that Explici, LLC cannot issue refunds or reshipments in such cases. Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, we are unable to independently verify non-receipt claims. Before placing a new order, customers should:
- Check around the delivery location (porch, back door, mailroom, etc.)
- Confirm with household members, neighbors, or the building’s front desk
- Contact the local carrier for delivery confirmation or GPS drop data
If the package remains unlocated:
- You may place a new order at your discretion.
- You may also file a claim directly with the carrier, which may result in compensation depending on the shipping method used.
While we cannot guarantee a resolution through the carrier, these steps offer the best chance at recovery or reimbursement.
LATE OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS: If your order has not arrived by the Estimated Delivery Time (EDT), we recommend waiting an additional 5 business days, as minor logistical or customs delays can occur. If the order still has not arrived after this period, please submit a report at support@explici.co with your order number and the subject line “I haven’t received my order yet.” Our team will review your case and provide next steps.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Explici, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delivery delays, address errors, carrier mistakes, or lost packages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the order in question. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitation of incidental damages, so these exclusions may not apply in all cases.
CHANGE NOTICE: As with all our administrative and policy pages, this Shipping Policy may be updated periodically. Explici, LLC reserves the right to amend or modify this policy without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.
