THIRD-PARTY NOTICE: You understand, acknowledge, and accept that Explici, LLC partners with third-party fulfillment providers to manufacture and deliver products sold on explici.co. While we uphold strict quality standards and collaborate with reputable partners, we are not directly responsible for the independent operations, practices, or warranties of these providers.
All company names, logos, and intellectual property referenced remain the sole property of their respective owners. Any mention of third-party partners or fulfillment centers is made for informational purposes only and does not imply a formal affiliation or joint venture.
LIMITED WARRANTY: We at Explici, LLC warrant that at the time of delivery, all products will be free from material defects or damage (the “Limited Warranty”). This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from explici.co and delivered to the customer.
If a product is found to be materially defective or damaged upon delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, provided that you meet the conditions set forth in this policy.
WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY: This Limited Warranty is extended solely to Explici customers who purchase products directly from explici.co. The warranty coverage terminates upon resale or transfer of ownership of the product.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
- Improper handling, care, or storage of the product
- Misuse, neglect, accidents, fire, or water damage
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear or aesthetic variations (e.g., slight color or size differences)
- Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection
Due to variations in screen resolution and printing techniques, Explici, LLC does not guarantee that the colors and details shown online are exact representations of the final product.
WARRANTY PERIOD: This Limited Warranty is valid for thirty (30) days from the date the product is delivered (the “Warranty Period”).
Certain jurisdictions may require longer warranty periods by law; in such cases, those statutory durations shall apply.
WARRANTY REMEDIES: If your product is found to be materially defective or damaged during the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the defective or damaged product at no additional cost, or
- Refund the purchase price of the defective or damaged product, not including applicable shipping fees.
These remedies constitute your sole and exclusive remedies under this warranty.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE: To initiate a warranty claim:
- Inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
- Report any defects, damages, or incorrect items by requesting a refund within the 30-day Warranty Period.
- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
Claims submitted after the Warranty Period or without sufficient evidence of the defect may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies under this Limited Warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Explici, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits, revenue, or data
- Consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages
- Costs related to the loss of use or time
Our total liability under this warranty shall never exceed the original purchase price paid for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, certain limitations above may not apply to you.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES: We limit the duration of all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the same 30-day Warranty Period. Certain jurisdictions do not permit limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply.
This Limited Warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction.
GENERAL PRODUCT SAFETY REGULATION (GPSR): EU Warranty: 2 years; Other compliance information: Meets the flammability, lead, cadmium, azo dyes, formaldehyde, heavy metals, bisphenols, phthalates level requirements. In compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), Explici, LLC and SINDEN VENTURES LIMITED ensure that all consumer products offered are safe and meet EU standards.
